Nicole

Nicole Malson

Owner & President, STRYKER

As the 3rd Generation Owner and President of STRYKER, Nicole Malson is proud to continue her family’s legacy in manufacturing. With over 19 years of experience in the business, she values the opportunity to support her team and help drive innovation while staying true to the company’s long-standing commitment to quality and craftsmanship. From the office to the production floor, she works closely with her team to ensure STRYKER remains a trusted name in custom-printed products.
Nicole’s leadership is shaped by hands-on experience. Having worked in various roles—including Embroidery Machine Operator, Vinyl Machine Operator, Engraver, Fabricator, and CNC Machine Operator—she has a deep appreciation for the hard work and skill that goes into every step of the process. She is also dedicated to supporting women in manufacturing, serving as a chapter member of Women in Manufacturing and a board member of the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturers Alliance.
Since stepping into the role of President in 2020, Nicole has remained focused on preserving STRYKER’s 65+ year legacy while embracing new opportunities for growth and improvement. She believes in the power of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement to keep the company moving forward.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time at her cabin up north, floating on the lake, and lounging in the sun with a glass of wine and a good book.

Kathy Nelson

Customer Service/Inside Sales

Kathy Nelson is the Customer Service/Inside Sales Lead at Stryker, where she leads the apparel and promo portion of the company.  Coming on 15 years of experience in this position, she has become the face you first see when entering the building, the voice you hear on the phone or the response behind emails.  Her smile and bubbly personality will invite you in and make your entire experience a positive one.
At Stryker, Kathy helps each apparel customer through the entire sales process.  This includes selecting garments, passing off design or logo ideas to our creative graphics team and scheduling all orders through our talented production team.  She is passionate about the relationships she forms with all of her customers.  Helping customers take an idea and make it become a reality, in print form, is truly awesome to see.  The customer’s excitement at pick-up and satisfaction with every order, never gets old!

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends!  Weekends at the lake, winter trips to Florida and dogs are a few of her favorite things!

Robert Alessandrini

Senior Account Manager

Robert Alessandrini combines over 10 years of hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience with a strong passion for helping people solve problems. His background spans everything from process improvement and project leadership to customer support and technical training—giving him the tools to deliver thoughtful, efficient solutions to every client he works with.

At STRYKER, Robert is known for being honest, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether he’s helping a customer find the right label for a complex application or collaborating with internal teams to streamline a process, Robert brings a calm, can-do attitude to every challenge.

With a degree in Applied Engineering and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Process Engineering, he’s constantly thinking about how to make things better—for both the team and the customer. Robert’s goal is simple: make your experience as smooth, productive, and positive as possible.

Laura Perronne

Account Manager

Laura Perronne brings a unique blend of creative expertise and hands-on production knowledge to her role as Account Manager at STRYKER. With a background in graphic design and years of experience in print production, she understands the full process of industrial labeling—from initial concept and layout to final product delivery.

Her ability to bridge the gap between design and execution makes her a valuable partner to customers and teammates alike. Laura is known for being a hard worker, a dedicated team player, and someone who truly cares about getting the details right. She takes pride in making sure each customer gets not just a great product, but a smooth and easy experience along the way.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys live music, the outdoors, spending time with her family, and petting all the dogs. Whether at work or at play, she brings energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude to everything she does.

John Schuldes

Operations Manager

John Schuldes isn’t just part of the STRYKER team—he helped build it from the ground up. As the company’s very first employee, John has been with STRYKER for over 40 years and has played a major role in shaping its values, reputation, and hands-on approach.

John is known for his unwavering work ethic and dedication. Whether he’s working with a buyer, an engineer, or anyone in between, John brings practical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a true passion for getting things done. He’s a hands-on thinker who loves working with materials and is always ready to figure out a solution—no matter the challenge.

Over the years, John has proudly passed down his knowledge to new team members and takes great pride in seeing how far the company has come. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing at his family cabin, spending time with his wonderful wife, supporting his police officer son, celebrating his daughter’s recent marriage, and spoiling his three grand-dogs. Give him a sunny day on the lake and a cold beer, and he’s right where he wants to be.
