Over the years, customers have come to rely on LEXAN weatherable films for their dependability, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and UV resistance. LEXAN HP05W has all the reliable features you have come to expect from LEXAN weatherable films, with a velvety texture on one side to create a distinctive look and feel.

One of the best features of the LEXAN HP05W is the printing simplicity, made possible by its lay flat properties. The film also allows for ease of color matching without correction. Beyond the processing advantages, the film uses a coating that resists yellowing and hazing despite the varying brightness of the sun. It has been rigorously tested to simulate prolonged UV exposure. After 1,000 hours of QUV testing, the yellowness index was measured at less than 3.0. With 1,000 hours of Xexon Arc testing, the yellowness index was less than 2.0. These advantages combine to make the LEXAN HP05W a staple for demanding outdoor applications.

The unique texture is sure to catch your customer’s attention in a wide variety of applications: fuel pumps, warning labels, outdoor menu boards, outdoor overlays and more.

LEXAN HP05W is available in 10, 15 and 30 mil.
