At STRYKER, we focus on providing our community a trusted partner for their durable workwear and safety apparel needs. We take great pride in the design, screen printing and embroidery services we provide for many local emergency and rescue services as well as for those working in the construction trades. We are passionate about helping our customers find safety workwear that is durable and meets regulatory requirements.
Emergency Services
The men and women that provide emergency and rescue services in our community face a lot of unique challenges in their positions. It’s important for law enforcement, firefighters and EMTs to have uniforms that are easily identifiable in the midst of a crisis. Establishing a visible, united presence is essential and will make emergency service providers immediately recognizable as someone to go to for help during critical times.
It’s crucial for agencies to collaborate and work efficiently when reacting to emergency situations and having durable workwear that clearly identifies a trained professional by name and rank can be helpful.
Customized workwear and equipment is often required to keep those working, living and protecting our communities safe. We use fire resistant thread for embroidery to produce the safest branded products possible to meet industry requirements. STRYKER is also an authorized dealer for 5.11 brand apparel and workwear.
Construction
High-visibility work shirts, sweatshirts, vests or jackets help to ensure safety from construction hazards. Outfitting your crew in safety green, safety orange or work shirts featuring reflective stripes or print will help to alert operators, drivers and workers. STRYKER can easily customize workwear with a logo to tie a business or company to a job well done.
Contractors and service providers
Safety is a priority for many businesses, especially in a business that provides in-home services such as electricians, plumbers, contractors and more. To ensure customers feel comfortable opening the door, an easily visible logo on all workwear is important.
It’s also critical for commercial service providers to be aware of any required safety measures a profession may have in place. Electricians, for example, may require 100% cotton thread for embroidery on work shirts as a safety precaution. We typically use polyester thread for standard embroidery because it’s highly durable. However, if heat is a potential safety hazard, such as with electricians, we would use cotton thread because it burns away while polyester thread melts and can adhere to skin.
