New Name, New Look

If you’re local, you may have noticed the bold new look of our building, located off of Hwy. 15 in Appleton. Industrial Nameplate Inc. and TOP DOG Apparel Inc. have merged to become STRYKER. 

STRYKER embodies our vision of being the industry leader in providing custom, quality durable products. We’re one strong, unified brand which represents our continued commitment to the customers and industries we serve. This change also enables us to execute our bold plan for growth that allows us to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

New Owner

We’ve also moved under new ownership in December 2020, as Nicole Swanton became the third-generation owner. Nicole has been around the family business her entire life and is passionate about carrying on her family’s 60-plus-year legacy. She is a firm believer in gender equality and is an advocate for women in leadership. As the successor to the role of president, Nicole believes that building a diverse team is needed to foster a company culture where everyone is welcome and respected.

Since 1960, STRYKER has manufactured industrial data plates, nameplates, tags, labels, panel fronts, graphic overlays, and decals for some of the top aviation, marine, defense vehicle, and heavy equipment manufacturers in the country. We also specialize in durable customized workwear with in-house screen printing and embroidery services. STRYKER is the only Certified Metalphoto® Converter in the state of Wisconsin. ISO 9001:2015 certification proves we are serious about quality and consistently strive to provide products that meet customer and regulatory requirements along with unmatched customer service.
